Please let us know if you currently have, or have had in the past, any physical or mental health conditions.
Examples may include hernia, neck or back conditions, joint issues or replacements, past injuries, depression, anxiety, or similar concerns.

If applicable, please briefly share:

1. the nature of the condition,

2. the approximate duration, and

3. whether you are currently undergoing any treatment.

This information is requested solely to ensure your safety and appropriate guidance during the program.

Medical Guidelines

For your safety and well-being, certain precautions are necessary due to the nature of the practices offered. At this time, the program is not suitable for individuals who fall under any of the following categories:

1. Those who have undergone major open surgery in the last 6 months

2. Those who have undergone minor surgery (including laparoscopic procedures) in the last 6 weeks

3. Women who are currently pregnant or actively trying to conceive

4. Those who have Hernia
