Refund and Cancellation Policy

Yoga Anugraha

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all payments, cancellations, transfers, and refunds for programs, classes, and workshops conducted by Yoga Anugraha. By registering for any offering, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

All fees once paid are non-refundable, except in the event that a program is cancelled by Yoga Anugraha.

2. Participant Cancellation / Non-Attendance

If a participant is unable to attend a program for which they have registered:

  • The fee paid will not be refunded.

  • The participant may opt to attend any upcoming program within 6 months from the date of the original program, subject to availability of seats.

  • To confirm participation in a future program, a re-registration fee of 15% of the original program fee must be paid.

  • This option is valid only within the specified 6-month period and cannot be extended beyond it.

3. Program Cancellation by Yoga Anugraha

In the event that Yoga Anugraha cancels a program for any reason, participants may choose one of the following options:

  • Full Refund: A complete refund of the program fee paid.

  • Program Transfer: Attend any subsequent program without paying any additional fee, subject to availability of seats.

4. Transfer & Rescheduling Terms

  • All transfers to future programs are subject to prior confirmation and availability of seats.

  • Yoga Anugraha reserves the right to allocate participants to batches based on capacity and scheduling considerations.

5. Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds (applicable only in case of organizer cancellation) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Communication

All requests related to cancellations, transfers, or refunds must be communicated through the official contact details provided on the website.

7. Policy Updates

Yoga Anugraha reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
