With exercises carefully selected by Sadhguru to be of universal appeal and application, Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It uses only the body and can be practiced anywhere, even during travel.

Does Angamardana need to be practiced at a specific time of the day?

No, Angamardana can be practiced at any time of the day on an empty stomach that is, 4 hours after a full meal, 2.5 hours after a light snack and 1.5 hours after consuming any beverage except water.

The daily practice of Angamardana takes around 35 to 40 minutes.
